By using Practice Interview Coach's mock interview platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

Practice Interview Coach provides AI-driven mock interview simulations to help users practice for real-world job interviews. Our platform may include AI-generated responses, personalised feedback, and other career development tools. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Practice Interview Coach.
• You agree to provide accurate and lawful information when using our platform.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Email Consent

• To use certain features of the mock interview service, you may be required to register an account or provide your contact information (e.g., email address).
• By registering, you consent to receive email communications from Practice Interview Coach, which may include service updates, reminders, and promotional content.
• You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@practiceinterviewcoach.com.

5. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Use Practice Interview Coach for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities
• Not misuse AI-generated responses or content in ways that could cause harm or misrepresentation
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Not use the Services to collect or store personal data about other users
• Not use the Services to impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

6. Payment and Pricing

Practice Interview Coach offers the following plans:

• 7-Day Pass: $19.99 one-time payment (unlimited access to mock interviews and practice sessions for 7 days)

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment information.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact support@practiceinterviewcoach.com.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit through our Services, including voice recordings and interview responses. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, audio, video, and AI-generated content) are owned by Practice Interview Coach and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or any content, features, or functionality of the Services. You may not copy, redistribute, or use platform-generated content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

• We may collect and store user data, including responses during mock interviews, to improve our services.
• We do not sell user data to third parties.
• Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data collection, storage, and protection.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our AI-driven interview simulations are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT WILL PRACTICE INTERVIEW COACH BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
