Practice Interview Coach does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, health information, or other special categories of data.

• Provide and personalise our AI-driven mock interview services.
• Generate tailored feedback and skill recommendations.
• Process payments through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
• Improve and develop our platform and AI models.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Voice and Audio Data

During practice and mock interview sessions, your voice responses are recorded and processed to provide transcripts, coaching, and feedback. Voice recordings are:

• Used solely to deliver your session feedback
• Not shared with third parties
• Not used to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion

6. Third-Party AI Services

Our platform uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to power interview simulations, coaching, and feedback. When you use our Services, your session data (including voice transcripts and responses) may be processed by these providers to generate questions, evaluate answers, and provide feedback.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal information (name, email, payment details) with these providers — only the content needed to deliver your practice sessions.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@practiceinterviewcoach.com.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
